1. About Go Makan

Go Makan is a free guide to Malaysian food operated by KORRE EVOLUTION SDN. BHD. Our guides are for general information and personal, non-commercial use.

2. Accuracy of information

Restaurants change their opening hours, prices, menus and locations, and some close. We work to keep our guides accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current. Please check with the restaurant before you travel. Ratings shown in our guides are third-party figures recorded on the date stated.

Allergy, halal and dietary information may change. Always confirm directly with the restaurant, especially if you have an allergy or follow a halal diet. Look for the official JAKIM halal certificate where relevant.

3. Your submissions

When you send us a food spot, photo, comment or article, you confirm that it is your own work, is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not break anyone else’s rights. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to edit, translate and publish it on Go Makan and our social media, with credit where you ask for it. We may decide not to publish any submission.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not copy our articles in bulk or republish them without written permission. Short quotes with a link back to the original article are welcome.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape the website or overload our servers.
• Do not send false, offensive or unlawful content through our forms.

5. Intellectual property

The Go Makan name, logo, design, text and original images belong to KORRE EVOLUTION SDN. BHD. or our licensors. Restaurant names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

6. Advertising and links

Go Makan shows advertising and may include affiliate and sponsored content, which is always labelled. Links to other websites, including Google Maps, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content, including any visit to or purchase from a restaurant we mention. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.

8. Governing law and contact
